Hans holds law degrees from the London School of Economics (UK) and the University of Lund (Sweden) and has over 15 years experience in M&A, finance, corporate law and compliance.
He joined Diaverum in 2016 from Mannheimer Swartling, where he worked as senior associate in Europe and Asia. Hans now serves as Group General Counsel, secretary to the board and is a member of the executive team.
