Nataliya leads the global inorganic growth agenda, including M&A activity, market development and market access of new services and value propositions.
Nataliya joined Diaverum in 2008, focusing on establishing the corporate M&A function, tools and processes to prepare the company for rapid growth. Over the years, she has been the corporate leader and driver of all aspects of M&A activities, covering investments in both existing and new geographic markets.
Prior to Diaverum, Nataliya worked for financial services companies KPMG and Credit Suisse in London. Nataliya holds an MBA from London Business School.
