Krisja has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and big pharma, the last 20 spent in various management positions at Novo Nordisk and prior to that, several years at Pharmacia (today Pfizer).
She holds more than 20 years of experience of various board assignments, and is currently chairman of the Spencer Stuart Brussels Advisory Board and an Independent Director of Morphosys AG.
Krisja holds a master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Antwerp (UIA, RUCA), Belgium, and will serve as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
